I read everything that comes in, and corrections get priority.

What's most useful to send

  • Corrections. If a price, route, or opening hour on this site is wrong, tell me which article and what you found instead. Prices in Korea change often and reader reports are the fastest way I hear about it.
  • Questions the site doesn't answer. If you searched for something and couldn't find it here, that's usually a gap worth filling — several articles started as reader emails.
  • Your own experience. If a procedure worked differently for you than described, I want to know. Rules are sometimes applied differently depending on the branch or the staff.

Business enquiries

For partnerships, sponsorships, or press, use the same address with [Business] in the subject line. Any commercial relationship is disclosed on the affected pages, and the Privacy Policy in the menu above explains how data on this site is handled.

What I can't help with

I'm not able to book tickets, make reservations, or act as an agent on your behalf, and I can't give visa or immigration advice — for that, contact the Korean embassy or consulate in your country.
